Dynamic Tape vs Kinesio Tape


Sports taping is often to support certain kinetic movements and joint structures, and increase the overall pain-free range of motion while the tissue goes through the healing process. Unlike traditional casting or bracing, it does not obstruct the blood flow or restrict the range of motion while giving the injured sites support they need, thus allowing the tissue to recover faster. 

There are many different types of tapes out there and I use two different types: Dynamic Tape and Kinesio Tape.
